Lo-Pro Repeats as OT7 Champion With Win Over Trillion Boys

LOS ANGELES — Lo-Pro closed out the OT7 season with another championship, defeating Trillion Boys 45-28 on Sunday at Sullivan Field at Loyola Marymount University.
The win gave Lo-Pro its second straight OT7 title and added another championship moment to one of the league’s most successful programs. In a weekend filled with elite high school talent and fast-paced 7-on-7 football, Lo-Pro separated itself when the stage was biggest.
The championship game matched two of the strongest teams in the OT7 field. Trillion Boys entered with plenty of playmakers and enough offensive talent to challenge any defense, but Lo-Pro answered with the balance and composure needed to finish the season on top.
Lo-Pro’s offense found rhythm early and continued to create scoring chances throughout the game. In OT7’s open-field format, quarterbacks and receivers have to stay connected on every snap, and Lo-Pro did that well enough to keep pressure on Trillion Boys’ defense.
The game also required defensive discipline. In 7-on-7 football, stops are difficult because offenses are built around space, speed and quick timing. Lo-Pro’s defense made enough plays to slow Trillion Boys and prevent the game from becoming a full shootout.
As the game moved into the later stages, Lo-Pro’s experience became more noticeable. The team handled the moment well, stayed composed and continued to execute while protecting its lead. Trillion Boys kept fighting, but Lo-Pro’s ability to answer made it difficult for the comeback to build.
The 45-28 result gave Lo-Pro a clear championship victory and capped a strong run through the OT7 Finals. The team had to survive a competitive weekend before reaching the final, but once it got there, it delivered one of its strongest performances.
The championship also came during a major weekend for OT7. The Finals were played in Los Angeles and aired on NBC and Peacock, giving the league and its athletes a national stage. For Lo-Pro, winning under that spotlight made the title even more meaningful.
For Trillion Boys, the loss ended a strong run just short of the championship. The team reached the final and showed why it belonged in the title game, but Lo-Pro’s execution and late-game control proved to be the difference.
For Lo-Pro, the win confirmed its place at the top of OT7 again. Back-to-back championships are difficult in any format, especially in a league built around speed, talent and explosive plays.
By the end of championship weekend, Lo-Pro had done more than win another game. It had defended its title, finished the season with a statement and reminded the rest of OT7 that the road to the championship still runs through Lo-Pro.
