The workout featured a variety of strength, conditioning, and explosive movement drills designed to prepare the athletes for the demands of training camp. From the opening warmups to the final exercises, the energy remained high as each player pushed through every rep with intensity and purpose.

Among the group was veteran wide receiver Cooper Kupp, whose presence brought experience and leadership to the session. Kupp attacked each drill with the same intensity that has defined his NFL career, setting the tone with his work ethic and attention to detail. Whether during conditioning exercises or explosive movement drills, he remained fully engaged while encouraging those training alongside him.
